How do I change my PayPal account?

You can manage your payment method directly from the Billing tab in your Watchful account.

From this screen, you can either:

• switch your Watchful billing from a credit card to PayPal, or
• replace the PayPal account currently connected to Watchful with a different PayPal account.

Both changes are made from the same Billing interface.

Switch from a credit card to PayPal

To change your Watchful payment method from a credit card to PayPal:

1. Log in to your Watchful account.
2. Click your name in the top-right corner of the Watchful interface and select Billing settings.
3. Scroll to the Payment Details section.
4. Enable the Use Paypal checkbox.
5. Click Update Billing Details.
6. Follow the PayPal prompts and sign in to the PayPal account you want to use.
7. Approve the new recurring billing agreement with Watchful.

Once PayPal confirms the billing agreement, Watchful will use that PayPal account for future payments.

Change the PayPal account used by Watchful

If you already use PayPal for Watchful but want to use a different PayPal account, you can make the change from the same screen.

1. Log in to your Watchful account.
2. Click your name in the top-right corner of the Watchful interface and select Billing settings.
3. Scroll to the Payment Details section.
4. Make sure Use Paypal is enabled.
5. Click Update Billing Details.
6. When PayPal opens, sign in using the new PayPal account you want to use for Watchful.
7. Approve the new recurring billing agreement.

This creates a new PayPal billing agreement for your Watchful account and replaces the PayPal account used for future payments.

When will the change appear in Watchful?

After completing the PayPal approval process, it may take up to 10 minutes for the new payment information to be reflected in Watchful.

You can return to the Billing tab afterward to confirm your payment method.
