Changing your username or password

You can change the username or password associated with your Watchful account from the Profile tab in Account & subscription.

Change your username

1. Log in to your Watchful account.
2. Click your name in the top-right corner of the Watchful interface and open Account & subscription.
3. Select the Profile tab.
4. In the Basic details section, click Change username.
5. Enter your new username and complete the change as prompted.

Change your password

1. Open Account & subscription.
2. Select the Profile tab.
3. In the Basic details section, click Change password.
4. Enter your new password and complete the change as prompted.

The Profile tab also lets you update other account details, including your email address, name, company, address, and phone number.

If you change any of these profile fields directly on the page, click Update profile at the bottom of the page to save those changes.

You do not need to click Update profile after using Change username or Change password, because those actions are handled separately.
