You can change your Watchful plan at any time from your account settings.
Whether you want to upgrade from the Free plan to Premium or move back to the Free plan, Watchful lets you manage your plan directly from the Account & Subscription area.
Change your Watchful plan
To change your plan:
- Log in to your Watchful account.
- Click your name in the top-right corner of the Watchful interface and select
Account & Subscription. - Open the
Plantab. - Use the plan selector to choose the plan you want.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the change.
If you select Premium, you may be asked to add or confirm your billing information before the upgrade is completed.
If you select the Free plan, Premium usage will stop once the plan change takes effect.
Upgrade from Free to Premium
You can upgrade your Watchful plan whenever you need access to Premium features.
After selecting Premium and completing the billing steps, Premium features become available for your account.
Watchful Premium uses usage-based billing, so charges are based on the Premium services you actually use rather than a fixed annual commitment.
Change from Premium to Free
If you no longer need Premium features, you can change your Watchful plan back to Free.
Once the change takes effect, no additional Premium usage is approved, so no new Premium usage charges are generated.
You may still receive a final invoice for Premium usage that occurred before the plan change. This reflects services that were already used before your Premium plan ended.
You can change plans again later
Changing your Watchful plan does not permanently lock you into either option.
You can remain on the Free plan for as long as it meets your needs, then upgrade to Premium again whenever you need paid features.
This makes it easy to use the Free plan for testing or lighter usage and switch to Premium when your requirements change.
